At the Intersection of Learning, Employment, and Innovative Credentials: The Potential Roles of IR/IE

Higher education must evolve to meet the fast-changing demands of today's workforce. This two-part webinar series introduces participants to innovative credentials—including micro-credentials and learning and employment records—and the opportunities they present for institutions and students alike. Participants will learn about the Accelerator Initiative, a national coalition focused on accelerating adoption of these credentials, and explore real-world campus examples. The second session focuses on the vital role of IR/IE professionals in supporting and evaluating these programs, including activities like learning outcomes assessment, student satisfaction surveys, and workforce alignment analyses. The series highlights how IR/IE data and insights can improve program quality, institutional planning, and accreditation efforts.
