Tracking the Progress of Your Strategic Plan

Accrediting bodies are increasingly emphasizing the importance of institutions implementing and following their strategic plans, yet developing relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) can be challenging. This webinar introduces a criteria-driven process for identifying effective, measurable KPIs and discusses strategies for dealing with poorly worded strategic goals. Participants will learn how to document the use of KPIs in decision-making processes and operationalize periodic reviews of both goals and metrics. A worksheet approach for tracking KPI utilization will also be presented. Institutions adopting this structured approach will be better prepared for their next Self Study and accreditation review.
