A First Look at Design Thinking

This on-demand session introduces participants to the fundamentals of design thinking—a human-centered, creative approach to solving complex problems. Participants will explore the steps of the design thinking process, learn what types of challenges are best suited for this method, and hear how Boston College has successfully applied design thinking to institutional work. Through guided activities, participants will begin crafting a design thinking challenge relevant to their own office or institution, connecting concepts directly to their professional environment.
