Basics of Forecasting

Forecasting plays a critical role in higher education planning and decision-making. This webinar introduces participants to fundamental forecasting concepts, including the history of forecasting, key assumptions, data requirements, and methodology. Participants will explore examples of prior enrollment forecasting work and learn how to manage communications around forecasts, including transparency about assumptions and updates.
